Thoughts: This Pork-free Japanese restaurant located in the Industrial zone of Subang Jaya in USJ1, is built to pay tribute to (藤原豆腐店，電影《頭文字D》中的店鋪) the famous "Initial D" Tofu shop in Japan called "Fujiwara". The restaurant opens only for 3 days on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays for lunch and dinner.

The Signature food at Fujiwara are 黑炭豆腐和海鮮豆腐 Black Charcoal & Seafood Tofu, 豆腐奶酪蛋糕  Tofu Cheese Cake as well as 豆腐花 Tofufa and 豆乳(豆漿水) Soy Bean Milk (all of which are made from the Signature Soya/Tofu products). 

Fujiwara's rm$5.50 豆腐花 Tofufa (Tofu Pudding) comes with 黄糖 Brown Sugar on the side:

- likely 180 Calories for a bowl of Tofufa.
