And the 3rd visit to Chapati Bites, and today's breakfast is a rm$10 "芝士帕拉塔 Paneer Paratha"; Paneer Paratha is an 未發酵的小麥 unleavened 印度大餅 wheat flatbread stuffed with 芝士 paneer aka 印度乾酪 Indian cottage cheese, 香料 spices and 香草 herbs. These are crisp on the outside with 柔軟入口即化的起司餡料 soft mouth-melting cheesy filling.

And today's breakfast is a rm$10 "印度麥餅套餐 Chapati set" which comes with 3 pieces of  印度麥餅 Chapati, 當天的蔬菜 Vege of the day, 當天的扁豆糊 Dhal of the day and some 菠菜 Spinach on the side. The "Vege today" is Cauliflower plus Potato on dry curry and I think it is "Lentil Dhal". Very filling and surprising not that boring! AND looking forward to sample the 印度乳酪麥餅 Paneer Paratha next week.

Thoughts: AND in 2 days, this is the 3rd visit to SS5's "福滿香素食美食中心 Full Moon Sen Vegetarian Food Court" for another Vegetarian meal. This stall offers Vegetarian Hainanese Chicken Rice with Vegetarian chicken and charsiew plus the stall's signature Vegetarian curry Chee Cheong Fun and Yong Tao Foo. 

Lunch is a rm$9.80 "素釀豆腐配咖哩豬腸粉 Vegetarian Yong Tao Foo w/Curry Chee Cheng Fun" with 3 pieces of Vegetarian Yong Tao Foo plus Curry Cheong Fun; additional Yong Tao Foo is rm$1.80 per piece. 

Parking at lunch time is more challenging than in the morning and the vegetarian restaurant but not that packed with customer for lunch today; definitely will be back for more vegetarian meals especially the Chapati and maybe the 擂茶 Lei Cha, 砂鍋藥材拉麵 Claypot Herbal Ramen and more.

Fist time here was yesterday for breakfast and back again for another vegetarian breakfast. It is a rm$6.90 "花椰菜帕拉塔 Gobi Paratha" with comes with 2 pieces of "花椰菜帕拉塔 Gobi Paratha" which is Paratha infused with 切碎花椰菜 chopped Cauliflower and comes with spicy thick dhal as well as some yoghurt. Excellent!

Paratha and Chapati (or just called as "Roti" in India) are similar in that both are flat breads made of "wheat flour" that are partially baked/fry on both sides and fluffed on flame. BUT Paratha probably use more ghee/oil while frying/baking it on the flat stove and therefore maybe Chapati is a little healthier with the lesser oil! Paratha is also usually denser and chewy plus usually infused with vegetables like the breakfast today (with Cauliflower) while Chapati is usually just the wheat flower!  

The stall "Paratha Bites" offers 6 Paratha/Chapati variants as well as small bites like Pakora, Samosa, Pani Puri etc; all from rm$3 to rm$10. Will be back for soon!
