Thoughts: Both Restoran Kopitiam Bintang and Restoran One One One Bee Fatt on the same road offers early morning Economy Fried noodles (even before 7am). In Restoran Kopitiam Bintang, its the morning session of SRK Mixed Rice that offers the breakfast where likely afternoon session it will be offering Mixed Rice. Both the Kopitiam offers affordable and varieties of fried noodles with side dishes to pick from as well.

Thoughts: Was here at Restoran Kopitiam Bintang to sample the "Bintang Curry Mee" which was an average OK breakfast meal. Yesterday morning arrive at Damansara Uptown at around 8:15am and MBPJ parkings near the Kopitiam were all filled up! So, today I decided to come early reaching here at 7am; already lots of cars but lucky to find a spot near the Kopitiam. (7:30am starts to get challenging to find Parking SS 21/39. 
Today, I am on the 叉烧云吞面 Chasiew Wan Ton Mee offered by a stall called "双剑客港式云吞面", by slightly after 7am, the Chinese guy was bringing in the Charsiew from elsewhere to start the business with a foreigner helper. I liked the Charsiew, tender and slightly burned with slight honey sweetness to it, noodles were like Hong Kong style Wan Ton Mee which were fairly thin and "eggy and I also like the Wan Ton with a prawn inside.

Thoughts: As far as I am aware, this is one of the 3 chinese kopitiam in SS 21 (Damansara Uptown) that opens as early as 7am. Another one on the same road SS21/39 is 111美食中心 Restoran One One Bee Fatt. Both are brightly lighted with lots of cars park nearby early in the morning. Of course, another one visited yesterday was 冠记面食店 Restoran Koon Kee on SS21/37. 
Today's breakfast is at Restoran Kopitiam Bintangs which offers 杂饭 mixed rice, 烧蜡鸡饭, 咖喱面 curry mee, 虾面 har mee, 云吞面 wan ton mee, 印度餐 indian food, 清汤粉 soup noodles, 水果档 fruits, and Hailam Western (maybe lunch) at least 7am - 3pm. Not sure about its evening/night time offerings. 
Its Curry Mee today, expected siew yoke (roasted pork) as seen on the pictures on the stall front but came with fish cake and chicken slices instead, lots of bean sprouts, some tau fu pok, half a boiled egg, and few pieces of eggplants. Nothing special, average taste at least, no kick. 
Restoran Kopitiam Bintang deserves other visits in the future as there are at least 6-8 stalls here offering early morning breakfast. Parking isn't a problem around 7-8am.
