Thoughts: First visit to Uncle Ray's Grill was February 1 (few months ago) for Uncles Ray's signature rm$27.90 "亞洲風味排骨配沙拉 Asian style Pork ribs with Salad" and the Pork ribs is a must order item. This is probably the yummiest western fusion in the South of Penang Island, a corner shop lot along the trunk road of Jalan Tun Dr Awang (or find Amari Spice Penang Hotel which is just next to the Western Grill). 
Today, in Penang again and the first night here is Uncle Ray's rm$19.90 "檸檬草烤雞 Lemongrass Grilled Chicken" to go with 醃黃瓜 Pickled cucumber and 芝麻沙拉 Sesame Salad; and definitely another good choice in this second visit.
