The 3 kopitiam probably offering at least 30-35+ hawker stalls (in total), AND all the 3 corner shop lot kopitiam are almost next to each other (just at different row of the shop lot). AND regardless of weekdays or weekends, Parking is already challenging here from dawn till dust! Residents can already find breakfast here as early as 6:30am or 7am in the morning, and the kopitiam offers lunch and dinner as well until at least 10pm at nigh!
