Thoughts: 火の屋 Hinoya Yakitori Bar is a 日式休閒餐廳兼居酒屋 Japanese casual dining restaurant and izakaya located in SS18, Subang Jaya. Taking over a previous Japanese diner space called "极味 Kiwami Japanese Restaurant" (Last visit November 30.2018). Opened sometime in February 2024, the new Izakya features a chill, 居酒屋風格 modern izakaya aesthetic that makes it a popular neighborhood spot for post-work drinks and weekend meals.

Dinner today is a rm$28 "烤鮭魚便當 Grilled Salmon Bento" which comes with:

• 烤鮭魚 Grilled Salmon

• 炸雞一塊 One piece of Fried Chicken

• 茶碗蒸 Chawanmushi
