半熟蛋 (Soft-Boiled Egg) Hanjuku Tamago or "ni-Tamago" are also usually called "拉麵雞蛋 Ramen Egg" or sometimes can be seen as "味付け玉子 Ajitsuke Tamago" in Japanese menu OR I think another name is "溫泉蛋 Onsen Tamago". This type of cooked egg is cooked on the egg white but the egg yoke is half-boiled, and very popular item topping a Ramen or Soba noodle bowls OR even in a Sandwich; in Japan, you can even buy "Ramen Eggs' at 自動販賣機 Vending Machines, and convenience stores like "7-11 便利商店 7-Eleven" or "全家便利商店 Family Mart"! 
火炙牛肉 Beef Tataki refers to a 日本菲力牛肉的製作方法 Japanese method of preparing fillet beef, where the meat is 輕煎 lightly seared, 醃製 marinated,  切成薄片 sliced thinly similar to sashimi (at Shin Zushi can choose 五分熟 Medium, 四分熟 Medium Rare or 全熟 Fully Cooked), and usually served with a 柑橘醬油 citrus-soy dipping sauce.

Thoughts: Located right in the middle of the light industrial area of PJ's Seksyen 13; Artisan Coffee, created by young Malaysian Entrepreneurs who love Coffee. The local Cafe took over a portion of the "old Cherry showroom" and converted a warehouse area into the cozy cafe. Do not expect fine dining appearance, its wood, bricks, and concrete with an industrial setting with somewhat the right ambiance of a Cafe. Limited free parking is available just in front of the Cafe. 
Here, Artisan Coffee's baristas brew coffee using beans sourced from Common Man Coffee Roasters and Oriole Coffee Roasters. But today I am sampling their new "Hojicha Latte"; ah, first couple of sip was very "Green Tea" but after that, an enjoyable cup of "Japanese Tea" influenced Latte, not bad! For breakfast, its the Eggs Royale; its Turkey Toast, Smoked Salmon, and Poached Egg on an English Muffin; good stuff. Only 4 variants of breakfast are available until 12pm: Breakfast Wrap, Egg Royale, Ham & Cheese Toastie, and the "Breakfast". 
The menu are "chalked" on black boards hanging above the ordering counter. Everything is self-service here, from ordering to picking up coffee and food as well as drinking water. Artisan Coffee also offers a corner for special brew coffee: like siphon coffee. As early as 8am, I can see some cakes were already available. On a moody, drizzling early Monday morning, a few early birds can be seen having breakfast here. The outdoor seating (fully shaded) seems a good place for a cuppa on a "cool" monday morning! 
Overall, a pleasant breakfast trip today to start the Monday at PJ Seksyen 13. Artisan Coffee can be found in Section 13 PJ, Bangsar Village II, and Atria Shopping Gallery. Looking forward for perhaps lunch at one of their other outlets.
