Thoughts: Today's lunch is Chinese mixed rice with 4 items on the plate: 煎雞蛋 fried egg, 豬耳朵 Pig ear, 豬血 Pig blood, and 豬肝 Pig liver and it is rm$6 for a not too healthy but yet satisfying lunch meal! USJ8's "天添發飲食中心 Restaurant Ten Tien Fatt" offers one of the cheapest mixed rice option in USJ, it is also called "Woon Keat Phang Mixed Rice" stall. Come early around or before 11am, you are guarantee spoiled with choices from at least 50 or more freshly cooked dishes from the kitchen.  

Not just the 華人雜飯 Chinese mixed rice, but available are 8-10 other hawker stalls offering a good choice of rice and noodles dishes as well as some snacks. Most important feature of dining here is that parking is not only free and so far no problem in finding one AND the the kopitiam is also right at the exit of the Taipan LRT station. 

Today's Pig innards mixed rice meal include the slightly spicy 辣豬血 Pig blood cake (or blood tofu) which is a popular delicacy of the Cantonese people; although too much Pig blood consumption can cause 鐵中毒 iron poisoning (due to the high mineral content), it is of 瘦脂肪 lean fat and have 高蛋白質 high protein value! For the 2nd pork innard, it is also interesting to note that 豬肝 Pork liver is far more nutritious than your average piece of bacon or ham, although reports say that too much of it can develop 維生素A中毒 Vitamin A toxicity! The 3rd item on the plate the the 滷豬耳朵 braised Pig ear which is probably the least healthy as it contain the 脂肪含量最高 highest fat content of the Trio. With the correct recipe, the gelatinous outer texture and the crunch center cartilage of the ear can be great source of protein when consume sparingly. ALL of them can be served warm or even as a cold dish! 

Chinese people basically eat all animals' meat, such as 豬 pork, 牛 beef, 羊 mutton, 雞chicken, 鴨 duck, 鵝 goose, 鴿 pigeon, as well as many many more types of animals. But Pork is probably still the most common meat consumed by the Chinese people for thousands of years, and is also a preference over beef for economic and aesthetic reasons; the pig is also easy to feed and is not used for labor. And for "Nose-to-Tail" Pig Advocates, probably the only part of the Pig that cannot be eaten is the 豬叫聲 Pig Squeal. AND Nose to Tail pig recipe is about eating all edible parts of the pig, from the head to the tail, including the all the organ meats (or offal) as evident in the following pig recipes that most I have the privilege to have sampled or seen in restaurants (except for Pig Eyes and Pig Genitals which may be a delicacy somewhere in China):

The Pig is also one of the twelve animals in the 十二生肖 Chinese Zodiac BUT according to myth, the Pig overslept and arrived as the last animal (the twelfth animals) of the 玉皇大帝的宴會 Jade Emperor's party!

Thoughts: "台灣豬腳飯 Taiwan style Pork Trotter Rice" or some people calls it "Traditional Taiwanese Braised Pork Hock"; whether served as a dish of a multi-dish meal, or Ala-Carte with rice or Noodles is Umami Porklicious. BUT whether you call it 豬腳 Pig Feet or Pork Leg, it is probably one of the most Hard-Core Pork dishes; as to some it will be the strangest part of the animal to put on the dinner table! 

But Pork fat is not just the Pork Leg, but in fact Pork Shoulder meat is probably more fatty than pork leg meat and produces very tender and succulent roasting joints. 

USJ 8's "天添發飲食中心 Restaurant Ten Tien Fatt" multi-hawker stalls kopitiam offers a hawker stall, run by several foreign workers, and budget friendly Taiwanese Pork and Deep fried chicken rice; best is to dine-in.

Thoughts: The Pork Noodle at USJ8's 天添發飲食中心 Restaurant Ten Tien Fatt is probably still one of the best in Subang Jaya area (or at least in USJ). AND beyond USJ, at nearby Subang Jaya and Sunway offers many more Pork Noodle choices:

槟城(啊OR)猪肉粉 Restoran Ah Or Pork Noodle @ Sunway (last visit Oct 20, 2019)

Ooi Noodle House @ SS15 (last visit March 16, 2019)

鼎香生肉麵 Ding Xiang Sang Nyuk Noodles @ SS15 (last visit February 6, 2022)

贊麺館 Like Mee Noodle House @ One City (last visit January 10, 2022)

SS15 's Ooi Noodle House is also called the "等久久豬肉粉 Wait Long Long Pork Noodle", the reason for the Nickname is because customers don't even mind waiting for 1.5 hours for their favorite bowl of Pork Noodle. And many Netizens used to brag about Ooi Noodle House being the best pork noodle in Subang Jaya.  

For today's pork noodle at Still at "天添發飲食中心 Restaurant Ten Tien Fatt", it is rm$7 per bowl, today's dry pork noodle is 老鼠粉 Rat noodles topped with minced meat and pork lard. On the side is a bowl of soup with obviously a smaller portion of minced pork, pork liver, and pork slices then before! 

天添發飲食中心 Restaurant Ten Tien Fatt offers Free Parking and usually parking is available within Subang Perdana Court 5, facing Persiaran Kewajipan. Moreover, from the Taipan LRT exit to the kopitiam is just a few steps.  

The hawker stall is manned by 2 foreign workers offering not just 豬肉粉 Pork Noodle, but also 粥 Porridge, an 魚頭米 Fish Head Bihun. Really really also need to try the stall's 粥 Porridge, an 魚頭米 Fish Head Bihun.
