Thoughts: Opened in December 2024, this popular Klang Bak Kut Teh "銓師傅肉骨茶 Chuan Bak Kut Teh Klang" from Klang has been in USJ1 for more than a year now. 
巴生肉骨茶 Klang's Bak Kut Teh (BKT) history traces back to early 20th-century 中國福建的華人移民 Chinese immigrants (mostly 福建人 Hokkien) from Fujian, China, 價格低廉且營養豐富的食物 seeking cheap, fortifying meals; Klang became famous for it, with early versions being a simple, 肉骨茶是用豬骨熬煮的藥材湯 herbal pork bone broth with "當歸 Dong Kwai", 受勞工的喜愛 enjoyed by laborers. Key figures like 李文德 Lee Boon Teh (founder of "盛發肉骨茶 Seng Huat Bak Kut Teh", which is more welcome under the name of "橋底肉骨茶 Under the Bridge Bak Kut Teh") helped popularize and evolve the dish in the 1930s and 1940s, creating distinct, robust herbal styles, with descendants still running famous shops today, making Klang a renowned Bak Kut Teh hub. There are now estimates of 400 to 500 Bak Kut Teh in Klang alone.

Thoughts: The "乾肉骨茶 Dry Bak Kut Teh" with a tiny bit of spicy kick was definitely a thumbs up AND 微藥材湯風味肉骨茶 Slightly herb-based Soup BKT was good but nothing to shout about. Then again, some say it is one of the the best (or one of the best) and others so so; depends on individual. Prices per pax for 乾/湯肉骨茶 both dry and soup BKT was around rm$20 per pax, quite a standard price of rm$20 to rm$25 per pax for Bak Kut Teh around 巴生谷 Klang Valley these days! 
Along the may 8 to 10 Bak Kut Teh shops in SS14/SS15 Bak Kut Teh streets in Subang Jaya, "全師傅吧生肉骨茶 Restoran Chuan Klang Bak Kut Teh" is one of the "Oldest" shop serving the Klang style Bak Kut Teh in this part of Klang Valley. 
Besides the Bak Kut The choices, 全師傅 Restoran Chuan also offer 黃酒花雕雞 Chicken Rice Wine Soup, Black 黑胡椒肚湯 Pepper Stomach Soup, 家鄉清蒸魚頭 Home Steamed Fish Head, 滷雞腳 Braised Chicken Feet, 滷豬腳 Braised Pig Throttle and 多種蔬菜料理 several choices of Vegetable dishes. AND one thing likable here is the menu allows the customer to choose different combinations of 豬肉 Pork meats and 豬內臟 Pork innards for both the Soup and Dry Bak Kut The.

Thoughts: This should be the 4th visit to one of many Bak Kut Teh shops in Klang, this one near Klang Parade is "順成肉骨茶飯店 Restoran Soon Seng Bak Kut Teh" which is available for an ALL-Day BKT from Breakfast to Dinner. AND I think night time offers 大炒 "Dai Chao" with a variety of Chinese Dishes.

巴生 Klang is renowned for its 肉骨茶早餐 Bak Kut Teh due to its historical ties to the dish's origins, with many claiming it originated in 巴生港區 Klang's port area among 福建移民 Hokkien immigrants who settled there, and the subsequent development of the dish into a local specialty. While there may not be any Statistics on the number of Bak Kut Teh shops in Klang; some say that the number 300 or more is probably a good number. In many case, a Taman (housing area "Gardens") like 巴生百家利花園 Taman Berkeley have at least 10 Bak Kut Teh shops and there are many Taman (Housing Gardens) in the while of the Klang District. 
With the recent surge in Pork prices, Price for 1kg of different Pig cuts can be from rm$40 to rm$50++, and Bak Kut Teh per pax was around rm$12 to rm$15 per pax, BUT today a single portion (for one person consumption) can be from rm$18 to rm$22) depending on the location, popularity of the Bak Kut Teh once is visiting.
