Thoughts: First visit to USJ1's "Fujiwara Tofu Shop" was April 30 last month to sample the much talked about "豆腐奶酪蛋糕 Tofu Cheese Cake" as well as the shop's signature "黑豆腐和海鮮豆腐 Black & Seafood Tofu"! Today, came back for another round of the Tofu Cheese Cake.
Thoughts: First visit to USJ1's "Fujiwara Tofu Shop" was April 30 last month to sample the much talked about "豆腐奶酪蛋糕 Tofu Cheese Cake" as well as the shop's signature "黑豆腐和海鮮豆腐 Black & Seafood Tofu"! Today, came back for another round of the Tofu Cheese Cake.
I'd advice to call Mr CK Kan @ +6016-323 3939 to reserve your Tofu Cheese Cake as the kitchen do not make too many a day, and also note that the shop only open for business 3 days a wee; that is Friday, Saturday and Sundays. Also better to use Waze or Google Map direction as the shop is located at the end-lot of the industrial shop lots deep inside USJ1.
The USJ1 Japanese restaurant is almost the exact replica to the https://hayashi86.com/2019/09/visit-fujiwara-tofu-shop-japan/ and this is the shop where 頭文字D Initial D (イニシャル D) author Shuichi Shigeno actually took close reference from this when the manga was introduced in 1995! If you don't know about the Manga series, maybe you can remember the Hong Kong movie 頭文字D is a 2005 Hong Kong action film directed by 劉偉強導演 Andrew Lau and 麥兆輝導演 Alan Mak.

It's possible to do the first, but unfortunately the actual tofu shop at 群馬縣 Gunma had long gone, leaving only the signboard at a museum. One of the USJ1 Fujiwara Tofu shop's signature is their "豆乳 Soy Milk" and really very good indeed, and besides the Soy Milk; the 豆花 Tofufa is also highly recommended. And probably an acquired taste, but I also really like their "豆腐芝士蛋糕 Tofu cheese cake"!
Besides, 豆花 Tofufa, 豆乳 Soymilk, 黑豆腐 Black Tofu, and the 豆腐芝士蛋糕 Tofu cheese cake; the shop also offers a selection of Japanese recipes (11 mains and 9 sides) that can go with a few brands of bottled beers.
