Thoughts: PJ's Sunway Ms Commercial Centre has no less than 6 kopitiams all within 2-3 minutes of reach between them. Most and if not all of them offers breakfast as early as 7am (by 7:30am will be very busy as breakfast goers start filling up the tables in the kopitiams for their breakfast before dispersing to work at various parts of PJ).
I have found parking quite easy as long as breakfast before 8 or 8:30am. Getting here from LDP via SS25 (becareful of the very narrow Kampong Cempaka roads leading to the Commercial Center), alternatively driving along Jalan Bukit Mayang Emas then exit via PJU 1/45 can also bring you to Sunway Mas. 
I have been to "新源隆怡保旧街场白咖啡店(分行) Restoran Sun Yin Loong" several times now; its probably one of the most popular kopitiam in this area, with maybe around 10 hawker stalls. And today, I am trying the Nyonya+Malay fusion Nasi Lemak, on the plate was very fragrant hot/warm coconut rice scooped out from a wooden container. Since its Nyonya stile, opted for some Acar, then some sotong on the side and Ayam Rendang plus a boiled egg. On the side was the sweet & spicy sambal (perhaps nyonya influenced sambal), at rm$12. A satisfying heavy breakfast. 
Another worth mentioning was the Teh Tarik, the small cup cost rm$2.40 (almost 50% higher than normal prices), although pricey but a very good one. 
Much more to try not just in this particular kopitiam but several other shops nearby; definitely a good place for early breakfast in PJ.

Thoughts: There is another 新源隆 "Sun Yin Loong Coffee Shop", which is 80+years ago, since 1937 in Ipoh! The shop is synonymous to the Origins of the the shops Signature White Coffee. Found another Kopitiam with the same name in PJ's Sunwaymas Commercial Centre; the kopitiam houses around 13+ stalls as seen in the Highlights above. Specifically, Ipoh Curry Laksa, Nasi Lemak Taiping Boy, and even Ipoh Hor Fun! 
Today's morning breakfast is Ipoh Curry Laksa; available are either chicken or roasted pork from rm$7.50 to rm$11. Additional curry will have to add another rm$1. my order today is their roasted pork (8 pieces), the bowl comes with taufu pok, cockles and bean sprouts and choice of noodle was 奶粉; all in the bowl thick and oily curry. Everything was a bit oily and salty to my liking but I am sure its a likable concoction to many curry laksa lovers; the stall is probably one of the most, if not the most busy one in the kopitiam. 
Also having their signature Ipoh White Coffee, strong and flavorful. Overall, a satisfactory breakfast food hunt in PJ.
