Thoughts: There are probably 2 Restoran SK Maju in SS2, one in SS2/60 and this one in SS2/3, a corner shop lot at the junction of SS1, SS2 and SS4; and less than a minute of walking distance from Taman Bahagia LRT station. It is also suppose to be a 24 hours Mamak restaurant and even display a Chinese restaurant name 角落餐廳!

淹沒印度煎餅 Roti Canai Banjir is a dish of Roti Canai topped (flooded) with Dhal and Sambal, and maybe also possible to top the plate with one or two half-boiled egg! But recently, netizens are also talking about new Roti Canai creations like the 美祿印度煎餅 Roti Milo (sprinkled generously with 美祿 Milo powder), 鳥窩印度煎餅 Roti Canai Sarang Burung, 海嘯印度煎餅 Roti Canai Tsunami (Roti Banjir with the Half boiled egg), 富士山印度煎餅 Roti Canai Fujiyama (with Ice Cream) or even 雞肉奶酪印度煎餅 Roti Canai Ayam Cheese etc!

Thoughts: If you navigate to their website, it is not even completed yet! And the 2 new stores just opened Monday this week; one in Sunway Giza (Kota Damansara) and this one in PJ Uptown. So, looks like this is yet a new 24-hours Convenience Store Player in town in competition with 7/11, myNews.com and Family Mart. 

The new Convenience Store called "Gen Mart" or "グンマート" presents familiar store layout to Family Mart, offering some very similar items (but less variety). The Oden choices looks similar to those by Family Mart but broth choices include "Osaka Egg Broth"as well as Curry Flavor. (Tom Yam is also available). Interestingly, you have choose rice, udon or ramen to go with the Oden. Prices of Oden here are rm$0.80 to rm$2.30.

For breakfast, other than Oden, I can see a range of Sandwiches and limited fried items. Overall, not too many varieties and not very impressive at all. But for the benefit of doubt, its only open for 5 days since Monday and maybe later the convenience store will house more choices.

Thought: The 24 hours Mamak restaurant offers everything from Nasi Kandar, Indian Roti-Roti, as well as Mamak Goreng-Goreng. The corner shop lot is just short walk from Brew House and Uncle Don; there are Motobike Parkings next to the Restaurant; parking may be challenging after 9am but the TTDI LRT is maybe about 5-8 minutes walk. 

Very spacious seating area and good service; both the Dosai (Thosai) and Mee Goreng were good. Thick Dhal and nice Chutney for the Dosai and generally good "wok hei" for the Mee Goreng; nice!
