Highlights: Open for all kinds of training rental
Thoughts: The training rooms are simple, one table for each participant. Ample space for participants handbook and perhaps their own smaller laptop. Great that on 1st day of training that everything was working; that includes connection (wifi), to SAP (citrix), and projectors! and there were no connection drops throughout the 5 days training. 
The receiption (who is a Philipino) provided excellent quick feedback on any administration issues. Access to the training center was easy as the MTR stops at  DT14 Bugis Station, within few minutes of walking distance! 
The Gateway is a 37-storey, 150 m (490 ft), skyscraper complex completed in April 1990 on Beach Road in the Downtown Core of Singapore. The two buildings are named The Gateway East and The Gateway West. Menon Network is location at Level 28 in Gateway East. There is a Starbuck at the Ground level of Gateway West as well as a small Food Court at the LG of Gateway East.

Highlights: Open for all kinds of training rental
Thoughts: Inverson Associates has over 37 training rooms across 5 locations, 1 at Centerpoint, 3 at Mid-Valley, and another one in Penang. Their web page is http://www.iverson.com.my/. It is designed for Corporate Training, Test Center, IT Training, and also facility rental for any form of compused based training. 
After teaching here for 1 day, I conclude my general experience as follows:
. Wifi (internet connection is pretty good) no line drops throughout the day.
. Projector and white board both can be seen by participants which is a good thing. 
. Login in very easy, no restrictions.
. Toilet just outside training center (generally clean)
. Free flow coffee and tea.
. Weekend tea-breaks are McD and Kentucky bites. 
. Training room are break walls (my room), I hope good sound ventilation.
. Air conditioned is aceeptable ambiance temperature (at least in the weekend for my room).
. Front desk staff on sunday (chinese young man) is very helpful.
. Variety of food at LG (halal and non-halal)
. Parking endoresment max parking $1, weekend FOC
. Flourescent lighting.
For room rental rates, I was told by the reception that you have to either call or email them to discuss the requirements and get the quotation. 
Overall, it was a good experience lecturing here for a day, looking forward for more training times here! 
Parking is $2/hour here on weekdays at Centerpoint but training here, you will get endorsement for your parking ticket and its $1 parking here. However, weekends, parking at Centerpoint is FOC for all.
