Thoughts: Fully vaccinated individuals in states that are under Phase 1 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) will now be allowed to dine in at eateries, go camping, engage in individual and non-contact sports outdoors, as well as go to night markets starting Friday (Aug 20), 8 days ago! But as of today, there are not really that many restaurants dare to open for Dine-in as many opted still for Take-away only. For dine-in activities, the authorities urged eatery operators to provide more dining space outside the premises for better ventilation and also to ensure customers show their Covid-19 digital vaccination certificate to prove that they have completed their course of immunization.

Today is another "Dine-in-Car" day, Lunch are rm$6 "Sarawak Kampua 干盤麵" and rm$6.60 "麥當勞拿鐵 McD Latte"; both Restaurant 9959 and McDonalds in USJ21 aren't ready for Dine-in. The Kampua mee wasn't too bad but Charsiew wasn't pleasant at all. Perhaps should have been more adventurous with menu items like "麵薄 Mee Pok", "炒糟菜粉干 Fried Zao Cai Fen", or "滑蛋茄計炒粿條 Wat Tan Tomato Kuey Teow".

Besides Sarawak the all-day long 砂拉越小炒 Sarawak style Xiao Chao varieties, USJ 21's 9959 also offer breakfast (only in the morning) and mixed rice for lunch time.

Thoughts: Haven't stepped into Taman Mayang (SS26) for as long as I can remember (maybe more than 15 or 20++ years)! The shop lots surrounded by residential houses are still there with maybe 3 or 4 chinese kopitiams and I notice a large food court (medan selera) and a wet/dry market. Today's breakfast is at a corner shop lot in SS26 called "Restoran Tea Time" which houses at least 4 hawker stalls offering 詩巫麵 Sibu noodle, 砂捞越麵 Sarawak noodle, 釀豆腐 YongTao Foo and 海鮮麵 Seafood noodle. 
The "詩巫麵 Sibu noodle" offers Sibu Kampua noodle, Foochow red wine noodle, Sarawak laksa, and Foochow pork herbal soup; to bad at 7am only the Kampua mee was available. Settled for the Sarawak Sibu Kampua noodle which comes with very basic Sarawak style noodle and "red-colored charsiew" (quite different from the picture menu); verdict, average in taste and no excitement.
Worth sampling next visit maybe the seafood noodle, also available is a road side malay nasi lemak stall (just outside the kopitiam), so can tapao and eat at the kopitiam. The kopitiam offers ample open air tables in a spacious area; parking should be easy maybe until before 8 or 9am. 
Food choices here in Taman Mayang as I can see are: 3-4 chinese kopitiams with hawker foods, 2-3 malay/indian kopitiams, the food court (medan selera "Mayang Oasis Food Court") and maybe inside Plaza Mayang. Driving around the shop lots, I also notice a few Cafe which opens after 9am according to Google Map!

Today's breakfast was, I think Sarawak Sibu's 叉烧油乾盘面 Cha Siew Sauce Kampua Mee, maybe have tried it in Kuching (maybe more than 10 years ago) but perhaps not since then! It's sweet Cha Siew sauce (quite oily) and comes with lots of minced pork and sliced Cha Siew, despite being oily but it is a likable dish. Next, the "传统砂捞越啰吔(R) Original Sarawak Rojak" is a commendable snack which is mix of  豆腐卜 Tofu, 魷魚Cuttlefish, 沙葛 Sengkuang, 黄瓜 Cucumber, and 菠萝 Pineapple mixed with lots of peanuts and flavorful sarawak rojak sauce which wasn't too sweet nor salty, a likable all-day snack. 
There are few more interesting Sarawak recipes remaining in the menu, looking forward for their SRK 特殊炒饭 SRK Special Fried Rice, 树仔菜虾米米粉 Special Mee Hoon, 福州红酒鸡汤面线 Foochow Red Wine Mee Sua Chicken Soup and perhaps their 砂拉越芋头虾饼啰吔 Sarawak Yam Prawn Crackers Rojak and 茄汁粿條 Tomato Keow Teow in the next visit.
