Today: First use tried for recommended 15-minutes for 2 small Eggs for Breakfast with good results. Followed the following procedure below according to the Instruction book:

1. Use measuring cup with 60ml water to fill up the Main Body container with water 
2. To avoid crack egg when boiling, use the perforating needle at the bottom of the measuring cup to poke to the bigger round end of the egg to make a small hole
3. Place the small round end of the egg on the Steam Rack on the main body
4. Press the switch to boil the water (red light on)
5. Depending on the steaming time will get different cooked egg results
6. After the desired steaming time, put the eggs quickly into cold water to make it easy to peel the egg shells

溫泉蛋 Hot-spring egg steaming time is 8 minutes
半熟蛋(蛋白和蛋黃都半熟) Half-boiled egg steaming time is 9-10 minutes
半熟蛋(熟蛋白+蛋黃半熟) Soft-boiled egg steaming time is 10-11 minutes

水煮蛋(全熟) Hard-boiled egg steaming time is 15 minutes
