Thoughts: Last visit to Oasis Square's Starbucks was March.28.2019. The slightly disappointing "椰漿香料雞配細扁麵 Ayam Percik Linguine" which is spicy 馬來香料雞 Malay Ayam Perick + and 意大利扁麵條 Italian Linguine

Said to be originated from 吉蘭丹 Kelantan, the "香料雞 Ayam Percik" consists of marinated chicken that is traditionally slowly grilled over charcoal. Chicken meat is seasoned with a spice blend that usually with a mixture of coconut milk, cumin, turmeric, coriander, lemongrass, galangal, ginger, and chili peppers. The chicken is traditionally served alongside rice and vegetables or ulam.

Linguine originated in Italy and is based on more traditional pastas, the flat pasta first appeared in writings in the 1700s. Interestingly, the name linguine means "little tongues" in Italian, where it is a plural of the 女性語言 feminine linguina.

Thoughts: It is called "Three Plates Full", this new brunch spot has a pretty interesting menu and a hipster "cool style" decoration (especially the 1st floor), and soon to have 3-floors of dining space. The single shot lot in SS15 (just few shop lots from Brew House Gastropub), comes with a ground floor that has an interesting section of high ceiling skylight, while the second floor comes with semi demolished walls like that of an abandoned building and minimalist concept of interior layout. Unfinished walls, beams, and columns gives it an industry chic feel. The Café is planning for a 3rd floor soon especially for Fridays and the weekends where it is always fully booked. It is therefore better to place a reservation before driving all the way here for weekend brunch or dinner.

Serving 炸雞 fried chicken, 德維薩牛肉 Devesa beef, 美國豬肉 US pork, 新西蘭羊肉 NZ lamb, 意大利麵 Pasta as well as an array of large plates, small plates as well as 甜點 desserts in a 3 page menu, there is likely something for everyone. 咖啡 Coffee, 非咖啡 non-Coffee, and limited choice of 蛋糕 premium cakes are available.

The pandemic did not stop the Café owners to opens its doors to the public on Saturday, 27 March 2021. Overall, although slightly expensive, but food was tasty and comes with a delightful and clean presentation. The first experience here at Three Plates Full was definitely more than a satisfactory one.
