Thoughts: This is one of the best Chicken Rice by a Malay stall, and also maybe one of the cheapest in town, at rm$5.50 per plate. The food truck called "Nasi Ayam Sharif Food Truck Rymba Hills" offers outdoor dining on the road side under make-shift tents, somewhere on the roadside along Jalan PJU 3/31, at the junction that goes into this Sunway Damansara light industrial zone. AND just short walk from Kota Damansara's Bean Brothers Cafe! No fans here but the tents are under lots of trees. 

At rm$5.50, the plate comes with generous amount of tender roasted chicken meat, along with some 生菜 lettuce and 黃瓜 cucumber with 油飯 yellow oily rice topped with fried onions (like the yellowish Chinese Hainan chicken rice), and plus some excellent 綠辣椒大蒜醬 green-chili-garlic-paste as the dipping sauce; all in, very satisfied and value for money. 

The Malay food truck operates daily a the same location for around 4 hours from 12:00 noon to around 4:00pm, with make-shift tables on the road side (parking is just on along the main road). Besides roasted chicken rice, the food truck also offers "馬來炒飯配香辣雞肉 Nasi Goreng Paprik (Fried rice with paprik chicken)". You can also find "Sharif Nasi Ayam" as a stall in a Medan Selera Pelangi Damansara (near Pelangi Square) which is nearer to the Persiaran Surian highway, and the food truck is about 1.5km from the same highway. All roasted chickens are prepared at the Medan Selera Pelangi stall.

Thoughts: It would have been great to have a chance to visit KL's Bean Brothers somewhere near Ampang Park along Jalan Tun Razak, but unfortunately CMCO is still restricting inter-district travels. So, today is the 3rd visit to its Bean Brother's PJ branch in Sunway Damansara. Not sure about the KL location, but the parking at the PJ branch is super easy (so far). 
One of the plus point here is that many of the tables offer a 2-socket power point. Morning is less crowded but after lunch seemed busy with the crowd coming to the Cafe not just for working but also for lunch, coffee and cakes. Background music is also slightly louder in the afternoons! But the free high-speed internet connection was excellent so far. So far, an excellent Cafe to get some work done on a notebook.

Today's rm$15 抹茶拿鐵 Matcha Latte (the most expensive hot beverage in the menu), was excellent and probably at "culinary grade"; not too sweet and slight bitterness from the green tea leafs; definitely worth sampling. The Cafe offers 9 items in the Western and Fusion food menu (rm$6 - rm$34), 20+ Coffee and Non-Coffee beverages (rm$12 - rm$15), and 5 Cakes (rm$8 - rm$14).

Thoughts: Today morning coffee at PJ Sunway Damansara's Bean Brothers is a rm$12 strong "卡布奇諾咖啡 Cappuccino" and for lunch its the slightly expensive rm$28 "孖寶兄弟"全日早餐 Super Mario All-day breakfast", comes with 5 pieces of 五谷杂粮面包 Multigrain bread slightly toasted with 蒜蓉牛油 Garlic butter and spread with 奶油花椰菜泥 Creamed cauliflower. Comes with 3 types of sliced mushrooms: 瑞士蘑菇 Swiss mushroom, 褐色蘑菇 Cremini mushroom, and 香菇脆 shiitake mushroom. Finally topped with 菠菜 baby spinach, 烤土豆 tiny cubes of roasted potato, 榛果香料 dukkah spice, 蘑菇粉 mushroom powder, and some 羊乳酪 feta cheese, lastly some 焦糖 caramel finishing. The all-vegetarian concoction was kind of a little expensive but interesting and satisfying! Next work trip here will try the Pasta, Burger or "Big Bro" breakfast.

9am at Bean Brothers today wasn't that crowded, and parking was also available inside the old-factory. From Federal Highway - LDP - Persiaran Surian (Ikea) - PJU3/31 was a breeze during this CMCO period which is usually congested around 7-9am+ on work days. 

2nd time here at PJs Bean Brothers, still finding excellent internet wifi connections today, the Cafe is spacious with distance between tables are at least 6 feet. It does offer a clean toilet, music isn't that loud, and so far, finding it to be a work friendly cafe. The location is quite remote, which is deep inside the industrial area of Sunway Damansara but Parking should be free outside the Cafe as well. Bean Brothers is not that far from PJ SS areas, from LDP-PJ-Puchong direction, exit to IKEA into Persiaran Surian and drive about 1.5 km before Kota Damansara, turn right into PJU 3/31 and the Cafe is almost at the end of that road!
