Thoughts: This less than 2 year old hidden Cafe likely opened sometime in Q4 of 2022 or January 2023, next to Alpha Pharmacy or just above a Barber shop (shop lot facing Megah Rise Service Apartment) in SS24 Taman Megah. "ZHUFU Cafe & Event Space" initially started as a Cafe as well as a thrift shop selling second hand men's attire (clothing and shoes) and "cute and hip furnishing". BUT maybe strategy changed and likely no longer a thrift shop. At present, Furniture now are laid back Sofa chairs and Coffee tables! The Cafe at present now also offer itself as Event Space for Gathering, Workshop, Birthday party, Meeting, or Private Dining bookings. 

Today's rm$9 "短笛拿鐵 Piccolo" was excellent! AND not just a good choice of Coffee and non-Coffee (like Match) selections but also Tong Shui! Specially Coffee including Spanish Coffee, Yuzu Tonic etc. For customer can also choose meal dishes from their Rice Bowl, Pasta or Snacks menu! AND netizens recommend their inhouse-baked French Beignet! 

"ZHUFU Cafe" offers a quiet getaway from the busy SS24 for a cup of Coffee, quick meal and perhaps meeting place with friends OR quiet time with digital device for some customers. AND looks like CATs are welcome too!

Thoughts: 2 vege + 1 fried egg + 1 meat, at rm$9, quite expensive as it seems. This SS24 Mixed rice shop "(菜飯之家)快餐專賣店 Restoran 134", which is a corner shop lot facing LDP (and just behind a pub called "Raise the Bar"). Beware of the SS 24/2's Jalan Sehala (one way street) if you are coming in from SS 24/13, parking slightly ease out after 5pm (at least for today). 

Generally, food is like many other mixed rice shop; it does offer a good variety of maybe 60+ dishes and both rice and noodle choices are available. Looks like there will be a queue at peak hours, and good to find social distancing adherence; the entrance is also the queue to pick up your choice of dishes, pay at the counter and pickup cutlery as well as soup of the day or Chinese tea/plain water and find a seat. The dine-in area probably can cater for maybe 60-80 or more customers, and I believe it is also air-conditioned. Good lighting, quite spacious, and acceptably good cleanliness; and with one entry point for the food and another door to exit from the dine-in area.

Thoughts: "Raise the Bar" was created with a philosophy of synergizing awesome food 🥘wines🍷 whiskeys🥃 fresh beers🍻 with great ambiance ⛳️& exciting live music 🎶 (direct quote from its facebook)! The Pub is opposite the super popular SS24 Taman Megah 肥佬蟹海鲜楼 Fatty Crab! Located at the 2nd floor of the one of Taman Megah's shop lots, with cozy indoor seating as well as a larger outdoor rooftop area with plastic green carpet; which should be really nice after the heat has gone away later in the evening. 

On tap are Carlsberg, Asahi, Kronenbaug, and Connors from rm$12 - rm$15 per mug, buy 10 and you get them cheaper (I believe rm$99 for 10 mugs of Carlsberg!), also available are a selection of Wines and Liquors. As for food; half of the menu are Thai style noodles or rice, the Western choices are salad, pizza, burger, pasta,BBQ, steak and seasfood platter. There are also a few types of Chicken Wings , perhaps as beer bites. So, a meal and 1-2 beer here could be around rm$30 - rm$45+. 

Somehow, the rm$12 ice cold Carlsberg was much nicer than the Carlsberg I had lately! I have a feeling the food is also good here (and the Pub opens from lunch onward). At 6pm today, parking was available, else there should be parking along SS24/13 in the evenings. Maybe the Pub will be livelier later in the evenings peak hours, but the Rooftop outdoor seating area is definitely a very nice place to relax with a beer!
