Thoughts: "The Executive Coffee" is the main public café operating in the ground floor lobby of KYM Tower, with 7-Eleven opposite the Cafe which offer coffee and some light snacks and convenience meals. 

Menu highlights at "The Executive Coffee" are 濃縮咖啡 Espresso coffee, 酸麵包三明治 sourdough sandwiches, 美味羊角麵包 gourmet croissants, 日式咖哩 Japanese curry, and 馬來西亞當地美食 local Malaysian delights.

Owned and operated by a diverse team, which includes 華裔穆斯林經營 Chinese-Muslim owners, it aims to bring delicious 本地華人咖啡店經典菜餚 local Chinese Kopitiam selections into a modern dining experience for all Malaysian. The F&B Team have put together a diverse range of cuisines and Malaysian favorites. Which includes a generations-old recipe from different parts of Malaysia.

• 林叔 Uncle Lim, who is 64 years old from 檳城大山脚 Bukit Mertajam, brings his 40 years of 檳城小販美食經驗 experience in selling Penang hawker food. He brings with him to Hawker Hall his wonderful Penang varieties such as 鮮蝦炒粿條 char kuey teow with fresh sea prawns, 廣式牛肉麵 cantonese beef noodles, 嘛嘛面 mee mamak, 煎蕊 cendol etc.

• 阿明叔 Pak Amin, a 55 years old, has been selling 椰漿飯 nasi lemak at the road side in 吉隆坡蕉賴 Cheras for over 20 years. He is popular for his delicious sambal, and of course who can resist freshly steamed coconut rice and XL size ayam goreng berempah.

• 其中一位老闆 One of the owners worked many years in a Thai Restaurant during his university days, and he brings with him his experiences of 正宗泰式美食 authentic thai food in a casual setting. A must try: the ever popular 羅勒炒雞肉末 stir-fried minced chicken basil leaves, 泰式炒飯等等Thai fried rice and many more.

• Not forgetting traditional 海南奶油咖椰吐司 Hainan butter & kaya toast, together with Omega Eggs where the F&B proudly serving only 優質澳洲黃油 premium Australian Butter.

• 其中一位店主的母親是砂拉越本地人 One of the owners’ mother is a Sarawakian native who used to manage a stall is Auntie Annie Laksa that was has a generations-old recipe which was handed down. And now everyone can enjoy a delicious bowl of 砂拉越叻沙 Sarawak Laksa at this modern place. 

• The 海南咖哩飯 Hainanese Curry Rice well 蘊含著南洋移民的精神 represented the Nanyang immigrant spirit in the early last century 1990s in 英屬馬來亞 British Malaya. The combination of 海南燉菜 Hainanese stewed dishes, 娘惹咖哩 Peranakan curry and 英式炸肉排 British fried cutlets, giving you the 品味歷史的滋味 taste of history.

Available in 2 flavors: Original 蘋果汁 Apple OR 蘋果啤梨汁 Apple & Rasberry. "Kullamust" is a product made-in Sweden by a Plant located in 瑞典南部 Southern Sweden, right on the Kulla peninsula in Skåne where the apples come from an Apple farm called "Kullabygdens Musteri". Kullamust apple juice is 100% made of Swedish apples since 1929 and it is advertised to be free from additives like. sugar, water, preservatives or coloring, The result is a pure clear Apple juice which the Swedish call “Kullamust”.
