Thoughts: The only "大炒 Dai Chao" in USJ21 as of today, "成記魚頭海鮮飯店 Restoran Chef Seng Kee" is one of the shop lots in USJ21 within walking distance from USJ21's Main Place Mall. The eatery occupies a single shop lot offering both indoor table and outdoor tables. The menu offers the chef's 10 signature dish including the rm$20 "砂鍋芥蘭苗 Claypot Kai Lan" sampled tonight, other signature dishes are 魚頭咖哩 Fish Head Curry, 海鲜拼盆 Assorted Seafood Platter, 紹興花雕甘榜雞 "Shao Shing Hua Tiao" Kampung Chicken etc. Another interesting choice is their signature 佛缽 Yam Basket menu with 5 types of meat fillings including the "佛缽配排骨王 Yam Basket with Spare Ribs King" sampled today and other meat choices are 宮保雞丁 Kong Poh Chicken, 咕咾肉 Sweet and Sour Pork, 宮保蘇東 Salted Egg Sotong, and 宮保蝦膏 Kong Poh Shrimp Paste. Thoughts: 大樹下海鮮飯店 Da Shu Xia Seafood House is a well-known, long-standing Chinese seafood restaurant in Georgetown, Penang, famous for its fresh seafood cooked in various styles (like Teochew, sambal) and several ala-carte Chinese dishes on the menu. The seafood restaurant is known for dishes like salted soft-shell crab, Toewchew steamed fish, pork knuckle, sweet and sour pork, four-heavenly-kings vegetables, and claypot tofu. However, no fried noodles here, dishes can go with white rice only. 

大樹下海鮮飯店(海墘) Weld Quay (Tree Shade) Da Shu Xia Seafood House was relocated some years ago to corner lot at the junction of Gat Lebuh Amenian and Victoria Street. The Seafood restaurant seemed to have an interesting story, it has a humble beginning as a "煮炒 Chu Char" restaurant with a location somewhere in Weld Quay and under a "Big Tree". It was known to locals in its earlier days as a destination for affordable lunch and dinner for office and family gatherings for a casual meal. Over the years, the restaurant has moved to different locations in Georgetown until it ended at the present location. 

The ordering system here is to go to the seafood counter area where fresh seafood and vegetables can be found. Choose the seafood items, or non-seafood items, plus any vegetables seen on display; then ask for cooking style suggestion which basically is Teochew or sambal and maybe other styles. This unique order style of "Point and choose what is available option" has been the methods of the seafood restaurant for many years BUT feel free to check the prices before confirming the order as some seafood items could be quite pricey!
