AND today's lunch is a rm$8 "玉子烤 Tamagoyaki" + rm$8 "涼拌海帶 Chuka Wakame" and rm$6 "掛包咖啡 Drip Coffee" (2nd time) on the raining afternoon at 3pm. 

"涼拌海帶 Chuka Wakame" is considered a king of 海菜 seaweed (海帶) vegetable, which is a popular おつまみ Otsumami (下酒菜 snack/開胃菜 appetizer) to go with 啤酒 beers and 日本清酒 sakes. It is an easy to prepare Japanese cold dish, the "涼拌海帶 Chuka Wakame" is also popular as a 便當配菜 side dish in bentos or in a 沙拉 salad! The sea vegetables come in 含量低 Low in 碳水化合物 carbohydrates and 和脂肪 fats but with abundance of 含維生素 vitamins and 礦物質 minerals and many consider Wakame as one of the healthiest nutrient sources in the world BUT beware of some salty variants. The Edible seaweed can be found in  abundance in 較冷的沿海地區盛產 colder coast regions of 中國 China, and mostly farmed in 韓國 Korea and 日本 Japan.

For lunch is also a rm$8 "玉子烤 Tamagoyaki" or Japanese rolled omelets. The Japanese omelet comes in custard texture and a slightly sweet taste. often with some chopped daikon on the side (not in today's serving by Buranchi!). The "Rolled egg" is popular for Japanese of all ages from Children to Elderlies and is one of the most eaten egg dishes in Japan. Both 涼拌海帶 Chuka Wakame and 玉子烤 Tamagoyaki are often serve as a side dish in a 便當配菜 Bento, or atop sushi (玉子燒 Tamago Sushi).

Thoughts: No, the Taiwanese Boy Band "F4" did not open a Fish Head Restaurant in Subang HiTech! In fact, it is "F4 Fish Head 陈秀莲鱼头", a lot of styles offered here; 姜茸 Ginger，清蒸 Steam，豆酱蒸 Bean Paste, 潮州蒸 Teow Chew Steam, or the 咖喱鱼头 Curry Fish Head, etc! 
F4 is always crowded, likely due to the "affordable" prices (so far). Despite the large crowd, from order to serving on the table is around 15-20 minutes. It offers comfortable dining experience (despite without the air-conditioned) due to the high-ceiling structure with lots of hanging fans above the tables. The factory lot is quite huge with likely more than 30 tables.

Food Thoughts: First of all, the "F4" boy band group has nothing to do with this "F4 fish head restaurant". This restaurant called "F4 陈秀莲鱼头" likely originates from KL's Chan Sow Lin which is a chinese village oppoiste the now closed military air port at Jalan Sungai Besi. Not sure when this popular restaurant moved to the Subang area. 
The restaurant is located deep in the factory areas of Subang Light Industrial area, next to USJ 1. The actual restaurant is within a 2/3 factory/warehoues like structure, they even rented/refurbished another warehoues structure for customer free parking just opposite the restaurant. F4 has its loyal customers, in a week day at 8pm, it is packed with customers! 
I always like the steam ginger tilapia, you can also order 2-halves of the fish to be cooked differently; example, 1 side 蒜蓉蒸 steam ginger and another side 酱蒸 "cheong cheng". And they really do cook up a good steam egg dish, something which seems easy to cook but takes a lot of experience and skill, the 蒸水蛋 steam egg probably is smoother than you and my face! One special dish that is offered here is the "火上豆腐 Volcano Tofu", just egg with tofu but presented like a Volcano!
