Thoughts: Finally got to sample the signature "印度捲餅 Thosai", with 9 variants from rm$6 to rm$10.50. Today's lunch is their rm$9.50 "印度瑪撒拉土豆香料捲餅 Masala Thosai". Comes with 3 flavorful 酸辣醬 Chutneys and a giant 捲餅(多薩) Thosai with 瑪撒拉土豆 Masala Potato inside, highly recommended! The little Café opens at 10am but Thosai is only available around 11am, and the little shop with 8 tables (16 capacity) is usually already packed with customer at 11am waiting for their favorite Thosai.

Available in the menu are 2 variants of Idly: 3 piece variant at rm$9.50 and a 2 piece variant at rm$6.50. The 2 piece variant is called "印度蒸米漿糕 Sambar Idly" with super soft Idly that is drenched with Sambar sauce (which looks only like Dhal but thick and a lot more spices, I think). "Sambar Recipe" is a South Indian vegetable-lentil stew that can be paired with 印度蒸米漿糕 Idly, 印度捲餅(多薩) Dosa (Thosai), 印式炸豆餅 Medu Vadai (like shape of Donut), 印度鬆餅 Uttapam or can also be with 白飯 white rice.
Besides Thosai and Idly, the little Indian Cafe also offers 炸豆餅 Vadai, 印度蒸米粉 Putu Mayam, 薩摩薩 Samosa, as well as 印度炸餅 Pakkora and 印度炸洋蔥餅 Onion Pakkora. Best order for the Pakkora is mixed Pakkora and Onion Pakkora at rm$8.50 per cup! A little spicy (hot) and oily but tasty!
