Thoughts: A must-stop-over while in Tanjung Sepat is this "等一下咖啡店 Wait a While Kopitiam", on a weekday at 1pm; it is packed with tourist and locals AND yes, the wait for the coffee is more than 20 minutes today.

Thoughts: Besides the 2 old timer Kopitiam "N-Kee" and "Do Re Mi" here at this part of Ara Damansara (last visit to this part of PJ was before Covid-19 or before 2020). The new Chinese Kopitiam "福成茶餐室 Restaurant Hock Seng Kopitiam" is a corner shop lot; which is the same row of shop lot as "Do Re Mi". 福成 Hock Seng offers at least 10 hawker stall foods:
