Thoughts: Last time around the shop lots here was more than 1.5 years ago; 福成茶餐室 Hock Seng Kopitiam seems to be a new chinese kopitiam offering 6-8 hawker style food. Didn't scout around what's available here and just settled for the Charsiew Wan Ton Mee at the front of the shop. The Charsiew was mediocre, roasted with the "red sauce" which didn't have a good flavor. An overall disappointing Wan Ton Mee!
