The HQ of 姨婆老鼠粉 Yi Poh is located at Temiang, Seremban. Yi Poh Lo C Fun (河粉) has a long reputation history, founded in 1948 by owner Grand Aunt, where she migrated  from Guangdong, China at 1940s to Seremban due to poverty. The shops' specialties are rice noodles is called Lo C Fun (河粉) has a long and springy smooth texture which accompanied with their appetizing condiments. Also made from rice noodle, Yi Poh Lo C Fun looks more like yellow noodle except that it is white color, and do not look like the rat noodle (老鼠粉) which looks more like a rat's tail.

But today's dinner is not the signature Loh C Fun but a rm$15.90 "豬肚湯荷包蛋飯 Rice with pepper pork stomach soup". "胡椒豬肚湯 Pig Stomach Soup with Peppercorns" is a classic Chinese soup recipe using 豬肚 pig stomach cooked in lots of 白胡椒粒 white peppercorns. The soup is clean-tasting, savory, and peppery. 內臟肉 Organ meat is generally recognized in the 華人料理 Chinese community as an ingredient that is highly nutritious with generous amounts of protein and nutrients. The soup dish is popular in Singapore and Malaysia and looks like it is a Nanyang Chinese thing!

Thoughts: Was for last weekend for SS15 Yi Poh's "招聘姨婆老鼠粉加温泉蛋 Signature Yi Poh Lo C Fun w/Onsen Egg" and left with a positive experience. Today's breakfast is the equally good tasty "姨婆咖喱辣沙 Curry Laksa" at rm$11.90 which comes with Pork ball, Fried bean curd, Tau fu Pok, green beans, Fish cake, half a boiled egg and several noodle choices. The curry broth is super thick, spicy, and garnished with generous curry leaves! Other curry noodle variants come with 福州丸 Fu Chou fish balls, 香菇/雞肉丸 Mushroom or Chicken Meat balls as 爆漿丸 Bursting Meat balls; all from rm$11.90 to rm$16.90. Besides the curry Laksa series, there is also the 東炎面米粉麵系列 Tomyam noodles series. 

Yi Poh offers an extensive choice of noodle bowls, but there are also roti bakar choices and a variety of home-made fish/meat/vegetable balls choices. The restaurant is located at one of the shop lot along SS16/7 and just opposite Asia e University.

If not mistaken, "姨婆老鼠粉 Yi Poh" has a branch at PJ Old Town. and last visit at the HQ was October 1, 2021. But the HQ is at 52, Jalan Seng Meng Lee, 芙蓉 Seremban. SS15 is probably the latest Yi Poh branch in Klang Valley.
