Highlights: Limited Seating, Health Juices
Thoughts: Vegetarian breakfast and lunch, was all too hungry and "abit" dizzy after class around 5:30pm. After 2 weeks of rest, going back to first day of teaching is difficult (it used to be easier just few years ago); some what admitting to the truth of age already caught up with me!
Last time having health juice here was Dec.12.2016 where I had the "Fresh, Beet it" which was Beetroot, Lemon, and Apple). This time I asked the young man (owner) what should I have to "detox" my body, he recommended the "Green Detox" which is (GreenApple + Cucumber + Celery + Sour Plum)!
"Fresh me Now" also offers fruits and bread besides health juices; only left few choices at this hour after 5pm, so I opted for the Marble Bread.
All in, I hope to continue Vegetarian Breakfast and Lunch tomorrow again!
