The 3 kopitiam probably offering at least 30-35+ hawker stalls (in total), AND all the 3 corner shop lot kopitiam are almost next to each other (just at different row of the shop lot). AND regardless of weekdays or weekends, Parking is already challenging here from dawn till dust! Residents can already find breakfast here as early as 6:30am or 7am in the morning, and the kopitiam offers lunch and dinner as well until at least 10pm at nigh!

Breakfast today is a rm$10 Mixed Rice for 4 items:

煎蛋 Fried Egg (GI 0, GL 0, Low Carb and High Proteins)

炒西芹 Stir fry Celery (GI 35, Low GL, Low Carb and Low Proteins but High Fiber)

炒秋葵 Stir Fry Okra (GI 25, GL 1, Low Carb and Low Proteins and Fiber)

烤雞片 Roasted chicken meats slices (GI 0, GL 0, Low Carb and High Proteins)

Total maybe around 300-350 Calories. 

It is interesting to find that 西芹 Celery's Glycemic index is 35 when it is raw; however, when cooked, it will significantly increase the glycemic index of celery to a value of 85! Therefore, looks like it is healthier to eat raw Celery and avoid cooked Celery! Nevertheless, Celery is nutrient and fiber rich as well as a low-calorie food (as 2 stalks of celery contain 15 Calories)! Interesting to know that Celery is a good hydrating food as it is 95% water and highly recommended to consumed as raw! 

秋葵 Okra is rich in vitamins A and C, as well as antioxidant, and even rich in Magnesium; a relatively high fiber food, making it a low Net Carb food.
