Thoughts: Probably a recent hawker stall addition to USJ4's 新阿婆羅茶餐室 Restoran New Apollo. The Chinese Nasi Lemak stall managed by two elderly, offering 娘惹椰漿飯 Nyonya style Nasi Lemak with choice of 咖哩雞 Curry chicken, 桑巴臭豆 Sambal Petai, 桑巴蘇東 Sambal Sotong, and 魚 Fish either with 椰漿飯 Rice or 米粉 Bi Hun/麵 Mee. And on "Saturday only" is Nasi Lemak with Pork! Grace, the Chef/Stall owner recommended to call a day before (on Friday night) to make the booking as it is a favorite and goes out of stock fast once the stall opens 7:30am.

Thoughts: So, USJ4's 新阿波羅茶餐室 Restoran New Apollos is now offering only hawker's food. The previous Dai Chao is no longer available, except for the night time bean sprout chicken rice stall and a few other hawker stalls for the night session are 芽菜雞飯 Bean Sprout Chicken Rice, 五香 Lobak, 沙撈越哥羅面 Sarawak Kolo Mee, 炒粿條 Char Koay Toew, 牛肉麵 Beef Noodle, 蝦麵 Prawn Mee. The previous family members who run the Dai Chao and bean sprout chicken rice for the night session at "New Apollo" have now taken up the shop but just offering Lobak and the chicken rice stalls and other stalls are rented out. The brother who did the Dai Chao has now setup a Bak Kut Teh shop in SS19.

Thoughts: USJ 4's 新阿波羅茶餐室 Restoran New Apollos now offers night time hawker food including where before this was only chicken rice and Dai Chao/Xiao Chao. No renovations but the layout has changed where all the hawker stalls are relocated to the back of the Kopitiam and over 30 tables with 2 customer/table are all at the front section of the coffee shop. 

The 9 hawker stalls are: 燒臘飯 Chicken Rice, (客家麵 Hakka noodle, 雲吞麵 Wanton Mee), (魚滑/魚蛋粉 Fish Paste/Fish ball Soup noodle), 麻辣麵 Mala noodle, 釀豆腐 Yong Tao Foo, 檳城炒麵 Famous Bangkok Lane Penang Mee Goreng, 沙勞越哥羅麵 Kolo Mee/Laksa, 客家雷茶 Hakka Lui Cha, (豬肉粉/粥 Pork noodle/Porridge). 

"Power Bun" is a new addition to the kopitiam offering buns, burger, sandwiches and western breakfast from rm$6 to rm$9 with choices of ham, pork, bacon, luncheon meat, and sausage. Today's breakfast is the rm$9 "邪惡麵包 Evil Bun" that comes with 2 fried egg, ham, lots of lettuce, and mayonnaise; nice but not that "evil" and a little expensive for the concoction.
