Thoughts: my Sling Bag's zip "kaput" within a year, thought of buying another one but decided to fix the zip. The shop "Best Cobbler & Locksmith Service Centre" at Summit Basement area (at level similar to the carpark) before escalator up to LG where KFC is located. 
This shop fix everything from shoes, bags, and locks. My bag was done in 2 hours after the movies. Nice and good results! well worth the repair. In my opinion, it was professionally done. This shop has been in business for many years at Summit USJ!
