Today's French influenced Vietnamese BanhMI bread was a good one with 香茅炸雞 Fried Lemongrass Chicken, 醃蘿蔔 Pickled carrot and radish, 黃瓜 Cucumber, 大蔥 Spring Onions, 紅辣椒 Red Chili, and 蛋黃醬 Mayonnaise; too bad the 法式長棍麵包 Baguette was hard as a rock!

Thoughts: Morning was Vietnamese Coffee here at "Super Saigon Pho Cafe" and coming back for Vietnamese Beef noodles for lunch. The dish at rm$20.90 was advertised to include 澳洲牛肉片 Aussie Beef slices, 牛腩 Beef briskets, 牛筋 Beef tendon, 牛肚 Beef tripe, and 牛肉丸 Beef balls; listed as almost 800 kcal. The beef and Hor fun was served in a beef soup which was maybe quite Vietnamese style with fresh bean sprouts and lemon on the side; also fish sauce and hoisin sauce to add flavor if desired.
