Today for breakfast is the 叉燒雲吞面 Charsiew Wanton Mee by a new stall in the kopitiam; nice homemade Wanton noodles, good Charsiew, liked the crispy pork lard and comes with a bowl of 3 piece Wanton soup, but just the sauce was a tad salty.

Thoughts: There are 4 Chinese Kopitiam at USJ6 Goodyear Court 2:

相有海鮮餐餐室 Restoran Wai Kwan (opens daily with 4 hawker stalls)
新海景餐館 Restoran NSV USJ6 (at least 12 stalls BUT closed on Mondays)
太平人茶室 Restoran Taiping Lang Kopitiam (maybe only 2 stalls but opens daily)
宏運茶室 Restoran Fan Yoon (maybe 3 stalls but looks like also closed on Mondays)

As parking here at USJ6 is free for patrons, it is a popular breakfast or lunch destination for USJ residents, "相有 Wai Kwan" used to have at least 8 stalls during pre-Covid times but today only 4 stalls are in operation with the famous home-made Bao (New Paradise) still attracting customers daily:

Thoughts: I think the Wanton Mee stall and Roasted stall no longer operate at USJ6's 相有海鮮餐餐室 Restoran Wai Kwan and today the following stalls remain in operation at the Kopitiam:

No doubt the "New Paradise" Home-made Ipoh Bao stall is the Kopitiam's signature, and customer still come here for to savor the tasty fresh bao or just take-away.

Today's breakfast is the Kopitiam's "麵包生熟蛋奶茶 Bread + Egg + Tea" at rm$6.20. The perfectly timed wobbly 半熟軟雞蛋 soft half-boiled eggs with 烤麵包 toast on a vintage Chinese porcelain saucer, with 醬油 soy sauce and 胡椒粉 pepper. Just like 椰漿飯 Nasi Lemak and 印度煎餅 Roti Canai, the "Soft boiled egg and Toast" are all unique Malaysian breakfast staple among all races in Malaysia.

The Kopitiam offers 奶茶 Milk Tea, 咖啡 Coffee, 鴛鴦 Cham plus 吐司 Toast with 奶油 butter or 咖椰 Kaya and 半熟蛋 Soft-boiled egg from rm$2 to rm$4.
