Thoughts: 真诊记 is opposite 雷生春堂 (Hong Kong University Chinese Medicine School) on Lai Chee Kok Road 荔枝角道. Because the shop is at a corner road, it is also facing a smaller road called Poplar Street 白楊街. 碗仔翅 is really "Fake shark's fin soup", main ingredient is bean starch noodles (some say it is poor mans shark fin soup). For HKD$20, this fish meat "fake shark's fin soup" is beautifully made. The shop only has one table outside, most people order to take-away. Even the Hong Kong "Cheong Fun" is by far the best I have tasted this week.
