Thoughts: 炒快熟面 Maggie Goreng and 印度扁擔飯 Nasi Kandar are among the favorite foods customer come to USJ16's Stadium Curry House. Before Covid-19, this 嘛嘛檔 Mamak spot was place to "嘛嘛檔遊蕩 lepak" to the wee hours in the morning as it is a 24 hours Restaurant; especially prevalent during 世界杯 World Cup and 歐洲足球賽季 European football seasons.

Today's rm$2.20 "印度蛋煎餅 Roti Telur" was more than satisfactory, along with excellent thick mixed of 印度红扁豆酱 (達爾 Dhal) and 桑巴醬 sambal gravy. My opinion, I think this Roti Telur here today was much better than USJ17's Sri Melur. The two 嘛嘛檔 Mamak restaurants are separated by the truck road of Jalan Usaha; while Sri Melur (like today) is almost full house today and probably the Roti over there are mass produced compared to the almost empty Stadium Curry House where the Roti will be cooked specifically for the customer.

蛋煎餅 Roti Telur is an obvious variant of the Indian origin 印度煎餅 Roti Canai (Roti Chenai or Roti Cane or Roti Prata). The Indian-influenced flatbread dish can be found in several countries in Southeast Asia, including 文萊 Brunei, 印度尼西亞 Indonesia, 泰國 Thailand, 馬來西亞 Malaysia and 新加坡 Singapore. The "Roti" is said to have been brought to Malaysia by the 印度穆斯林 Indian Muslims (嘛嘛 Mamak) from Southern parts of India. And there are now maybe 30 something variants of the Indian Roti with 甜 sweet and 鹹 savory variations.

Thoughts: You definitely do not need to go as far as Kajang to pacify your craving for satay as there is a satay stall worth visiting in Medan Selera USJ 7. The Satay stall operates 24 hours and offer 4 variants of Satay: Chicken, Beef, Mutton, and Beef Stomach. But the must have here is also the Nasi Lemak, at rm$0.80; make sure to have it on site when it is still warm. The simple Nasi Lemak bungkus comes with warm rice, spicy sambal, anchovies, and a slice of boiled egg. 
As for the satay, first visit on 07.March.2019, the chicken satay then was a positive experience; nevertheless today's chicken satay meat was tougher. "牛肚沙爹 Beef Stomach Satay" was a little fat but quite interesting, I think really important is the sweet and spicy creamy satay sauce.

Thoughts: Besides the Medan Selera USJ7, this is likely the only restaurant located within the shop lots of a concentrated pool of Auto repair shops. It has been here for 7 months now, the 24 hours eatery offers Indian Roti, Mamak Goreng, Pasembur, Rojak, and the shops signature which is Nasi Kandar.
For a late breakfast after the Vietnamese Coffee, its Nasi Kandar with Squid, long beans and a boiled egg, and white rice with a mixture of typical Nasi Kandar gravies. A likable mixture, but the restaurant does offer a good variety of dishes both red and white meat as well as vegetable choices. And parking here is easy on a Sunday as it looks like most if not all the Auto repair shops are closed today.
