Not sure if the concoction is American or British Breakfast or maybe fusion of both, but for the taste, portion plus a Coffee is a good price. Unfortunately the top up rm$5 Coffee is only for the Big Breakfast!
AND USJ10's Doi Chaang Caffe is also one of few Café in Taipan that offers Free WIFI + is also a Mobile friendly Cafe, besides Starbucks, "The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf Taipan USJ", and maybe the McDonalds. Parking here is challenging for Yellow boxes (rm$0.50/hour for all day parking) but most motorist will try to avoid the more expensive Orange boxes (rm$0.50/30min for max of 2 hours only), which are usually still possible at 9 or 10am.
Doi Chaang is named after the village in the hills of 泰國東北部 North East of Thailand from where it originated (although the village name is spelt with only one “a” as "Doi Chang"). I believe it all started in 2001 years ago when Wicha and Piko Saedoo, an elder of the indigenous 泰国北部的阿卡山部落 Akha hill tribe, organized the cultivation of coffee as a source of income for the impoverished community. Doi Chaang has seen rapid expansion in recent years when Asia seen a boom in coffee-drinking culture. In Thailand, there are 300 Doi Chaang franchise branches, and have presence in 韓國 Korea, 日本 Japan, 澳大利亞 Australia, the 海灣地區 Gulf area, 希臘 Greece, 印度尼西亞 Indonesia, 緬甸 Myanmar, and 馬來西亞 Malaysia.
The Jaya One shop in 八打靈再也 Petaling Jaya is the first Doi Chaang outlet in Malaysia which opened in 2012, 11 years ago.
