Thoughts: "Min Kaffe" short for "Mineral Kaffe", a coffee without sugar but rather it is a blending of 羅布斯塔咖啡 Robusta coffee and 竹鹽 Bamboo salts (Garam Buluh). An interesting Coffee offering that is viral in the local internet scene, and some have even vowed testimonies that the "Bamboo salted Coffee" helps 降低高血壓 reduce high blood pressure, solves your 偏頭痛 migraine issues (and that is probably due to the the 鎂 Magnesium in the coffee mix), and even 腹瀉 diarrhea. However, there were also quite a few negative views about this viral coffee and its side-effects! What ever the proclaimed health benefits of 竹鹽 Bamboo Salt, a salted- coffee drink that 降低高血壓 reduces high blood pressure and 腹瀉 diarrhea is and interesting idea!!!

I bought 2 boxes (rm$25 each) of 20 sachets each box, the 三合一 3-1 coffee power mix comes with coffee sachet packaging just like any other coffee brands. There is certainly that aromatic 羅布斯塔咖啡粉 Robusta coffee powder and instead of a sweet taste, one can taste the saltiness and sweetness at the same time. Min Kaffee is said to be a 3-1 mix of 羅布斯塔咖啡 Robusta, 韓國竹鹽 Korean imported natural Bamboo salt, and 甜味劑 Sweetality sweetener.
Fun facts: 竹鹽 Bamboo salt (Korean: 죽염 Jugyeom ) has been used in 百年歷史的韓藥 Korean medicine for centuries as a 民間藥物 folk medicine for the 預防 prevention and 治療各種疾病 treatment of various diseases. Studies have shown 竹鹽 bamboo salt to have 抗癌 anti-cancer, 抗氧化 anti-oxidant, 抗炎 anti-inflammatory and 抗微生物 anti-microbial effects. Regardless of its medicinal use; still, it is a salt-based food item and excessive salt-intake isn't a good thing.
