韓式烤牛肉 Beef bulgogi is a 韓國一道受歡迎的菜餚 popular Korean dish made of 切成薄片 thinly sliced, 醃製牛肉 marinated beef that is 烤製 grilled or 翻炒而成 stir-fried. The dish is normally eaten over a 熱騰騰的白米飯上食用 warm bowl of steamed white rice or 新鮮的生菜葉包裹著米飯 wrapped in fresh lettuce leaves with rice and a spicy bean paste called ssamjang.
