Thoughts: After 112 days of Lock-down, today is the first time Dine-in, albeit just a cup of coffee at USJ 21 Main Place Starbucks, and the first Starbucks visit since May (3 months ago). Looks like almost all customers coming into Starbucks coffee are for take-away.

Main Place mall is just as quiet as USJ 1's Damen mall, except for Jaya Grocer with customers already queuing up for grocery before 10am. At the moment, the mall offers only allow 1 floor of Parking at the LG floor (LG2 is closed as of now). Parking is still at rm$2 for first 2 hours (with rm$1 for each subsequent hours) and only Touch n Go card are allowed entry into the parking.

Thoughts: It has been a known fact that if I bring a Starbucks tumbler to buy Starbucks coffee, I get $2 discount. Last friday's visit to USJ 16 Caltex's Starbucks, I also realized that if I used the App to pay (and not the card), I also can get $2 discount (even without the tumbler). But surprisingly, the staff at Main Place Starbucks only knows about the tumbler $2 discount! So, I was wondering whether discount offering are consistent for all locations are location-dependent! LOL!
Somehow, to my surprise again, I still get a discount using the App here at Main Place which is around 30% and I have no idea why it is that so! I think when using card or App, the on-line system is doing the calculations based on their software and determine the final discounts for different types of payment methods and choice of coffee or food! That's why even the staff at Main Place is also slightly confused what was the real discount like! Funny!
There are so many Cafe choices in Klang Valley, I think Berjaya have openend quite a lot of Starbucks in the Klang Valley (more than 200 stores). It is tough competition for them and maybe Berjaya have openend too many of them in close proximities.  
Today, besides the Latte, I also ordered the Chicken Parcel which is one of their current breakfast choices at discounted price but it isn't that good. The chicken meat isn't that appetizing despite the pastry being quite a large piece. I think the Chicken Parcel is like a fusion of Curry Puff and Western Croissant except it is not spicy but stuffed with "not so good" chicken meat. I was only happy with the Latte.
