Thoughts: This place only offer lunch and all the time packed with customer at lunch hour, it operates on weekdays only for 3-4 hours or until the chicken or roasted items are sold out. Expect swift and quick delivery of items ordered to your table but do not expect ambiance nor air-conditioning. At rm$6 for a plate of Chicken Rice along with cabbage and taugeh plus a bowl of chicken soup, its quite affordable considering in the middle of KL. 
The Hainanese chicken rice is of acceptable taste and tenderness and quite generous in portion for the price. Famous Chicken Rice is at the entrance to a mini market called "Shop in Mini Market" while next to the stall is another Mini Market and Arabic restraurant, somewhere along Jalan Nagasari.

Thoughts: Penang is probably not known for Hainanese Chicken Rice but according to the Uncle eating in the shared table today; he said "伍秀澤正宗海南雞飯 Goh Thiew Chic Hainanese Chicken Rice" is probably one of the most popular chicken rice spot in Penang today! or there are these other two called 桃園茶樓 Tho Yuen (on Campbell Street) and 文昌海南雞飯 Wen Chang (on Cintra Street). As usual, the taste and liking is all up to the individual. 
I find this one here not too bad, chicken is tender and somehow the sauce is likable (not too sweet nor salty), on the side served was their home-made chili sauce, nice! On the other hand, the rice wasn't the best.  
The shop seems packed at lunch time, with many customers also doing take-away. But there are 2 stations where the chickens are being prepared and if you are a regular customer; you seem be able to get your regular order easily once the workers sees you. Otherwise, you have to make yourself visible to the busy workers on what you want to order. For lunch, I am having my last cup of "杏仁茶 Almond Tea" (or "En Jin Or Mai Leow" before heading back to KL! 
Enjoyed the 2 weeks of work and food in Penang and looking forward to coming to Georgetown again!

Thoughts: Skipped breakfast, and therefore was hungry at lunch. This Hainan Chicken Rice at Brunch Kitchen is not bad. Just the chicken rice is $5 but 二度 add $1.50. 
I tried to cook 盐焗鸡 many times in the US using a rice cooker, toosing it once in awhile, edible for me but not for others!
