Thoughts: There is a certain consensus that "鳳梨炒飯 Pineapple fried rice" is a dish originated from Thailand where the culture of eating pineapple and many tropical fruits has been around for centuries. The essence of the Thai pineapple fried rice is a mixed of sweet and savory with a hint of to chilies to liven up the dish. 

There are 2 "Aroi Thai" in USJ; one in USJ1's Damen (Today's visit) and another one in USJ21's Main Place Mall; while the USJ21 branch offers Ala Carte, Set meals and even "Boat Noodles", the Damen branch do not offer the "Boat Noodles".

Thoughts: LG-23 used to be "Jom Laksa", but it is now replaced by "Aroi Thai". Besides the one in Main Place (which offers Boat Noodles and other Thai Dishes), this is another outlet in Damen USJ. However, there is no Boat Noodles in its menu for this outlet. The new eatery keeps much its previous tenants interior decorations and maybe just change the pictures on its walls. 

An interesting array of Thai Ala Carte (that can go with rice) as well as Thai Goreng-Goreng, plus Thai Style beverages. The rm$15.50 "泰式海鮮炒河粉 Seafood Phad Thai" sampled today; includes 2 fairly large grilled prawns, squid, bean spouts and I believe fried mushrooms; plus egg with Thai Style Koay Teow. On the side is a lemon, nuts, and very spicy chili powders! Definitely not bad at all!
