芽菜雞飯 Bean Sprout Chicken Rice (or Cantonese: Ngah Choi Kai or Malay: Taugeh Ayam) is said to originate from 怡保 Ipoh, 霹靂州 Perak. Probably quite similar to 海南雞飯 Hainanese Chicken Rice except that Bean Sprout Chicken Rice usually offers a plate of 芽菜 Bean Sprouts (with extra costs). Not fried chicken but 白暫雞 Steamed Chicken and usually served with 淡醬油 light soya sauce and some oil, customer can ask for 老抽 thick dark sauce with chopped garlics. The meal can go with 飯 rice or 棵條湯/河粉 soup koay teow/hor fun!
One of the reasons why this dish is popular in Ipoh, is because of the 怡保土產豆芽 Ipoh home grown bean sprouts known to be 香脆多汁 crunchy and succulent, thanks to the 自然礦泉水 hard water from the 石灰岩山 limestone hills.

Thoughts: So far, most if not all kopitiam visited around USJ to SS14-19 areas kept a reasonable good adherence to RMCO recommended social distance rules for dine-in restrictions. For SS19's Paekway, all hawker stalls seemed to be in operation today! For breakfast, sampling the dry curry rat noodle which comes with chicken meat, tofu pok, sliced fish cakes and lots of bean sprouts. Curry was to my liking, not too spicy nor salty even with the added sambal, nice!

Thoughts: Nothing special, just 客家炸肉 Hakka Pork instead of rice or wan ton mee, its with Yee Mee in a Hot Plate! A little too salty for my liking but overall, an interesting combination as it comes with an egg (raw) on the side of the hot plate. 老爸面 stall offers 8 variants with 7 that goes with the hot plate Yee Mee (Vinegar Pork, Chicken, Chicken feet, Vietnamese Boiled Pork, Vegetarian, Spareribs, and Hakka Pork), another option is a Black Pepper Soup! 
老爸面 stall is next to the Wan Ton Mee stall in SS19's 百威海鲜茶餐室 Restoran Parkway. Parking is always challenging here.
