Thoughts: It is the second visit to Aether Cafe, first was 11.Oct.2019 where I had the excellent Chai Latte and a Thai lunch! The Cafe was presumably closed last week and today only up to 2pm due to more renovations. Nevertheless, after a few months, Aether Cafe has a renew layout; maybe similar but some re-layout of the working table areas, high chairs and low seat sofas of which most if not all are equipped with power points for electronic device as before. I can surf or work here all day as outside is a little bit more lush greeen view than most Cafe in this area, plus parking is free within the private compounds of the facility.

Thoughts: If you want some really quite time to surf/work with your notebook and free parking all day long; this is the right place. Aether Cafe is hidden and yet less than 2-3 minutes walking distance to the heart of busy TTDI. The Cafe is located within the compounds of "Pusat Kreatif Kanak-Kanak Tuanku Bainun", its the only Cafe in the building and so its not hard to find. It is already great that parking is totally free within the building compound and its surrounded by lush greens. 
The interior of Aether Cafe feel very relaxed with comfortable seating and "working" areas. The menu includes a list of "Thai dishes", Big Breakfast, Pasta, Crepes, Sandwiches, Light Bites, and Salad; not an extensive menu but still seem interesting choices and as well as they do well on all of them. The Thai Dip Tau Fan "泰式罗勒鸡肉碎 Pad krapow basil chicken rice with egg" sampled was semi-spicy, seems quite authentic "Wok fried (Pad Krapow)" Thai Basil fried rice, definitely a likable dish but just a little bit pricey at rm$18. 印度茶拿铁 Chai Latte was exceptional, in my opinion; something I could be ordering again even in the next visit.
With absolutely free-and-easy parking, and very near to TTDI, the window seats are very relaxing and comfortable for few hours of relaxing or working with your notebook. In my opinion, a wonderful alternative to the more expensive Co-Working daily rates offered around the nearby PJ area.
