And the 3rd visit to Chapati Bites, and today's breakfast is a rm$10 "芝士帕拉塔 Paneer Paratha"; Paneer Paratha is an 未發酵的小麥 unleavened 印度大餅 wheat flatbread stuffed with 芝士 paneer aka 印度乾酪 Indian cottage cheese, 香料 spices and 香草 herbs. These are crisp on the outside with 柔軟入口即化的起司餡料 soft mouth-melting cheesy filling.

Thoughts: Opened Sept 20 2023, the corner shop lot is deep inside the residential houses of PJ's SS5 and the Kopitiam offers ALL vegetarian hawker stalls:

Fist time here was yesterday for breakfast and back again for another vegetarian breakfast. It is a rm$6.90 "花椰菜帕拉塔 Gobi Paratha" with comes with 2 pieces of "花椰菜帕拉塔 Gobi Paratha" which is Paratha infused with 切碎花椰菜 chopped Cauliflower and comes with spicy thick dhal as well as some yoghurt. Excellent!

Paratha and Chapati (or just called as "Roti" in India) are similar in that both are flat breads made of "wheat flour" that are partially baked/fry on both sides and fluffed on flame. BUT Paratha probably use more ghee/oil while frying/baking it on the flat stove and therefore maybe Chapati is a little healthier with the lesser oil! Paratha is also usually denser and chewy plus usually infused with vegetables like the breakfast today (with Cauliflower) while Chapati is usually just the wheat flower!  

The stall "Paratha Bites" offers 6 Paratha/Chapati variants as well as small bites like Pakora, Samosa, Pani Puri etc; all from rm$3 to rm$10. Will be back for soon!

Thoughts: Another bad choice, I came to because I need the ample parking space at One City, plus lunch and Tapao for the family. Oh! The Parata is like 材皮 with thick flour and the curry is watery! That 1 Point is for the Teh Tarik, because I have not had one since arriving home!
