Thoughts: The kopitiam "日日利茶餐室 Restoran Yat Yat Lei", is next to Jing Xuan Dim Sum (breakfast yesterday). A little shop offering 財叔咖喱麵 Choy Sok's curry noodle as well as Singapore Hainan chicken rice (likely only for lunch).
Parking is easy at 7am but approaching 8am slowly becoming difficult. The rm$7 Curry noodle comes with fresh cockles, taofu pok, pork skin, and red charsiew; all in a broth of not too milky bowl of curry, generally likable! The outdoor seating along the walkway are particularly comfortable for morning breakfast, but parking starts to become challenging after 8am!

Thoughts: Back to KL's Kuchai Entrepreneurs park for breakfast at Restoran Leong Wei, parking is more than challenging at 8am! and getting a seat at the Kopitiam isn't easy. The Kopitiam used to take-up at least 4 shop lots but now remain only 2 at the same location, and limited tables are available. Most of the hawkers are managed by locals, perhaps except for the Gungzhou Cheong Fun! And I am sampling that for breakfast this morning; generally its likable as it is freshly prepared. 

良威茶餐室 Restoran Leong Wei is easy to find, known for being under many trees, and if you are lucky, you may find a table outdoors under the trees; great for early breakfast with the morning breeze. And lots of hawker food choices as well.

Thoughts: With a total of around 11 stalls offering from 釀豆腐 Yong Tao Foo, 客家麵 Hakka Mee, 魚頭米粉 Fish head noodle, 豬肉粉 Pork noodle, 板麵 Pan Mee, 腸粉 Cheong Fun, 炒粿条 Char Koay Teow, 海南雞飯 Hainan Chicken rice, 淋麵 Lam mee, 蝦麵 Har mee, 咖喱麵 Curry noodle, 魚丸粉 Fish ball noodle, 西餐 Western, 豬扒粉 Pork rib noodle, 雲吞麵 Wanton Mee, and 豬腳麵 Pork trottle noodle; there are ample Chinese hawker foods to choose from. The 11 stalls is housed in the corner shop lot, but the kopitiam also occupies another shop lot on the same row of shops with more hawker stalls. 

舊啤律客家釀豆腐 Old Peel Road Hakka Yong Tao Foo, with the original location at Peel Road in KL Maluri; which is near to another "old timer or old school" hawker stall "華嬌客家釀豆腐 Wah Kiow", both selling traditional Hakka Yong Tao Foo for at least a generation in KL. This one in KL Kuchai Lama is a branch of the original "舊啤律客家釀豆腐 Old Peel Road Hakka Yong Tao Foo"! Offering fresh home-made Yong Tao Foo daily. The Yong Tao Foo is served in a bowl of clear soup, and Chee Cheong Fun can be ordered either with Curry or Sweet sauce. Definitely worth sampling!

Thoughts: KL Kuchai Lama in the evening especially the peak hours of 5pm+ to maybe before 9pm is not a good place to be in your car! and especially worst after the rain and extra crazy when it is raining! But unlike 7 or 8am in the morning, Kuchai Entrepreneurs Park comes alive with its eateries, cafes and pubs and definitely a very "Chinese" place; parking is superb challenging. 

The Brew House has a branch here in Kuchai Lama, and the layout of this one looks very familiar to the one in Penang's Anson Road! So far, all Brew House seems to offer very similar menu and similar beer pricing which is considered affordable! There is a good vibe here with a good crowd even on a Wednesday night.
