Thoughts: Fully vaccinated individuals in states that are under Phase 1 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) will now be allowed to dine in at eateries, go camping, engage in individual and non-contact sports outdoors, as well as go to night markets starting Friday (Aug 20), 8 days ago! But as of today, there are not really that many restaurants dare to open for Dine-in as many opted still for Take-away only. For dine-in activities, the authorities urged eatery operators to provide more dining space outside the premises for better ventilation and also to ensure customers show their Covid-19 digital vaccination certificate to prove that they have completed their course of immunization.

Today is another "Dine-in-Car" day, Lunch are rm$6 "Sarawak Kampua 干盤麵" and rm$6.60 "麥當勞拿鐵 McD Latte"; both Restaurant 9959 and McDonalds in USJ21 aren't ready for Dine-in. The Kampua mee wasn't too bad but Charsiew wasn't pleasant at all. Perhaps should have been more adventurous with menu items like "麵薄 Mee Pok", "炒糟菜粉干 Fried Zao Cai Fen", or "滑蛋茄計炒粿條 Wat Tan Tomato Kuey Teow".

Besides Sarawak the all-day long 砂拉越小炒 Sarawak style Xiao Chao varieties, USJ 21's 9959 also offer breakfast (only in the morning) and mixed rice for lunch time.

Thoughts: Not all stalls in the Chinese Kopitiam are ready to server customer before 8am, looks like at least the 板麵 Pan Mee stall, 炒粿条 Char Koay Teow stall, and 經濟飯/糕粿檔 Economy rice/kueh stalls are for early birds (at least for today). USJ8's "天添發飲食中心 Restaurant Ten Tien Fatt" is a stone throw away from Taipan LRT station and free Parking is usually possible inside the compound of Good Year Court 4. Both Restoran Goodyear and Restoran Ten Tien Fatt are still operating as of today.
Today is another "車內吃 Dine-in-Car" experience, the rm$7 "干撈板麵 Dry Pan Mee" includes the costs of the plastic bowl. However, the stall also offers take-away with a plastic bag or even a real bowl (to be return to the stall) for customer to savor the meal in their car! Customer can also have choice of 幼麵 thin noodle or 粗麵 thick pan mee noodle, the bowl comes with about half a plastic bowl of 碎豬肉 minced pork meat, 粗麵條 noodles, and 炸鳳尾魚 fried anchovies, as well as whatever amount of 板麵辣椒醬 chili sauce arranged at time of order at the stall. The concoction was satisfying, the sauce was just a little bit too salty to my liking.
The stall "寶珠板麵 Bao Zhu Pan Mee", if not mistaken, could be a new stall in the kopitiam, offering Pan Mee variants including 幹撈 Dry, 辣椒 Chili, 湯 Soup, 藥材 Herbal, 冬陰功 Tom Yam, and 麻辣 Ma Lat plus also 瓦煲伊麵 Claypot Yee Mee (with different choice of Noodles).
