Thoughts: Was here Friday last week Oct.9 for the Kopitiam's "干撈竹麵豬肉湯 Bamboo Noodle w/Pork broth", that one was a positive experience and that stall offers Bambaoo Noodle as well as Carrot Noodles. Both of these Noodles products are imported from China! But today for breakfast back to SS3's 馳名美食中心 Restoran Siong Pin for Fish Noodle. The stall "阿來魚頭米粉 Ah Lai Fish Head Noodles" offers soup noodle with 魚丸粉 Fish ball, 魚滑米 Fish paste, 魚肉米 Fish fillet, 石班魚片米 Grouper fish fillet, as well as 魚頭米 Fish Head noodles; from rm$7 - rm$15. My choice for breakfast is the rm$10 石班魚片米 Grouper fish fillet with very "fresh" fish bone broth slight ginger taste and 4 slides of boneless 石班魚片 Grouper fillet, some 小白菜 bak choy with 粗米粉 thick beehoon. Highly recommended!

Similar to last week Friday morning, Monday morning at 7pm+ was also easy parking here and 阿來魚頭米粉 Ah Lai Fish Head Noodles is already ready to serve customers!

Thoughts: Settled for the very affordable rm$6.50 干撈竹麵豬肉湯 Bamboo Noodle w/Pork broth. The Bamboo Noodles comes in the form much like dried Yee Mee, or dried Egg Noodles. The Chef recommends not soup but dry Bamboo noodle, which comes with pork broth. The bowl of pork broth are with bean curd, pork meat slices, as well as pork ball. Everything was unexpectly satisfying! 

One of several Chinese Kopitiams in SS3, This corner shop lot "馳名美食中心 Restoran Siong Pin" offers 10 stalls: Mee Jawa Goreng 爪哇麵 , 虾过桥米粉 Prawn Dumpling Vermicelli, Chicken rice, 雲吞麵 Wantan Mee (Breakfast) , 鱼头米粉 Fish head noodle (Breakfast), 竹面 Bamboo noodle (Breakfast), 板面/伊面 Pan/Yee Mee (Breakfast), 猪肠粉 Chee Cheong Fun, 猪肉粉 Pork noodle (Breakfast), Chapati Rice. Only 5 of the 10 stalls are available for breakfast at around 7:30am today as some of the other stalls are still preparing for the day; maybe 8 or 8:30am is best for more breakfast variety but parking could be more challenging then!

Looks promising are the Mee Jawa Goreng, Wanton Mee, and Fish head noodles stalls; definitely worth revisiting for breakfast here again very soon in the future.
