Thoughts: Probably a very common type of snack thai street food available on the streets of Thailand. The pancake looks like a sweet "Taco"; it is called "Khanom Buang", know as an ancient Thai dessert from the Ayutthaya periods. It can be made as either sweet or savory, which generally comes with shredded coconut, sweet cream, even fried egg or egg yolks.
The snack is a very common thai street dessert easy found in morning or night markets everywhere in Thailand.

Thoughts: my bowl of Thai-Chinese style Pork Yee Mee cost 35Bht (less than rm$5), and a quick check of prices of other stalls at the food court does reveal that this is probably the cheapest food court in a Mall setting (and its one of the biggest Mall in the Center of Bangkok city). Pier 21 at the 5th floor in Terminal 21, easily accessible either via Sukhumvit MRT station or the Asoke BTS station. With a purchase of 200Bht Cash Card, one will probably able to try out the many types of Thai street food from noodles to desserts and beverages in a Mall setting.
