Thoughts: Was here last night for the interesting "美國紅檸檬水酒 Red American Lemonade" & 蘿蔔丁 Radish Bites (Beer Bite) when "Say. V 西" turns into a bar at night AND this morning becomes a cafe for morning breakfast and brunch! 

Opened in June 2026, "Say. V 西" 白天是一家充滿活力的咖啡館 operates as a vibrant coffee shop by day and 晚上則搖身一變成為一家熱鬧的酒吧 transitions into a lively bar by night, in a 怡保中央商務區一個相對偏僻的角落 rather remote corner of Ipoh CBD. The 家咖啡酒吧x Cafe/Bar is located in a shop lot along Jalan Datuk Onn Jaafar in 甘榜爪哇 Kampung Jawa. Historically Kampung Jaway in Ipoh is a 一個以馬來人為主的城中村 Malay-majority urban village area with a strong Muslim community presence, well-known for its 馬來美食和清真餐廳而聞名 local Malay and Muslim-friendly food spots.
