• 林叔 Uncle Lim, who is 64 years old, brings his 40 years of 檳城小販美食經驗 experience in selling Penang hawker food. He brings with him to Hawker Hall his wonderful Penang varieties such as 鮮蝦炒粿條 char kuey teow with fresh sea prawns, 廣式牛肉麵 cantonese beef noodles, 嘛嘛面 mee mamak, 煎蕊 cendol etc.• 阿明叔 Pak Amin, a 55 years old, has been selling 椰漿飯 nasi lemak at the road side in Cheras for over 20 years. He is popular for his delicious sambal, and of course who can resist freshly steamed coconut rice and XL size ayam goreng berempah.• 其中一位老闆 One of the owners worked many years in a Thai Restaurant during his university days, and he brings with him his experiences of 正宗泰式美食 authentic thai food in a casual setting. A must try: the ever popular 羅勒炒雞肉末 stir-fried minced chicken basil leaves, 泰式炒飯等等Thai fried rice and many more.
