Thoughts: There are 3 shops side-by-side ie: 奇华饼家 Kee Wah Bakery, 优の良品 Aji Ichiban, and 零食物语 Okashiland. You can find all shops at different parts of the Airport at different terminals. At Terminal 1, Coach Station Arrivals Level (L3), you can find all 3 shops right at the end of the large cafateria. 
奇华饼家 Kee Wah Bakery's 冬蓉老婆餅 Winter Melon Wife Cake is a favorite and it is prominently displayed at the front of the shop. You can buy the non-packed one which must be consumed within 4 days, the individually packed version can last for 2 weeks (both same price) at HKD$80. Kee Wah also sells traditional chinese pastries like the egg rolls and almond biscuits as well as western cookies.  
At 优の良品 Aji Ichiban, I usually get the Dry Pork Jerky 猪肉干 which is only good if one eats with alcohol on the side, otherwise it is too dry. Their normal strategy is buy 1 get 1 or buy 2 with a lower price. For 2 large packets, it is HKD$380. 
零食物语 Okashiland sells a larger variety of local and non-local products (like Japanese chocolate), the one at the airport seems to offer a lot of Japanese items of chocolate, candies, and sweet dumplings (dango).

原汁柱候牛腩面 "Chu-Hou" Brisket of Beef in Soup Noodle HKD$64
Thoughts: HoHung Kee is a "Michelin Star Wonton Noodle" prominently located at the Main Arrival Hall at Hong Kong International Airport. I can't wait to get into the city for some Hong Kong food; so my first Hong Kong meal is at the airport for its Beef Noodle. Amazing beef tendons 牛筋牛腩 cooked to perfection and the Hong Kong style Wan Ton noodle, I nearly drink all the soup! Perfect first meal after landing in Hong Kong.
I need to start accustomed with hong kong style table manners! as I was immediately escorted to one of the two tables in the restaurants reserved for single person eating. So, I was seated in a table of 8-10 strangers all minding our own business eating our own meals!
