Thoughts: Lately, even during the periods of the CMCO, not just the closure of some businesses but the vacant shop lots are quickly replaced by new ones especially F&B related businesses. The All-Taiwanese cuisine "滿足 Manjoe Taipan" opened barely a month ago on the 2nd of November. Besides the new USJ branch, there is another "滿足 Manjoe Taipan" in The Gardens Mall, Mid-Valley in KL.

"滿足 Manjoe Taipan" is the creation of a born and bred Taiwanese Mr Joe, a Passionate Chef of Traditional Taiwanese Cuisines, bringing from 台灣 Taiwan the popular "鍋煎"鍋貼 Taiwanese Pan-Fried Dumplings. As for the name of tge eatery, there is a saying in Taiwan: “灶上煎鍋貼的煙火氣, 藏著家最大的幸福 The sizzling-steam from the pan-frying of Taiwanese Dumplings carries a hidden joy”; hence, “MANJOE” 「滿足」 was born as the name of the restaurant! Mr Joe's hopes are to bring this comforting food, fulfilment and satisfaction of his passion to the Malaysian F&B scene.
Besides the restaurant's Signature Hand-made Pan-fried and steamed Dumplings, also available are the famous street food of "台灣無骨雞扒(香辣口味) Taiwanese Spicy Boneless Chicken Chop", 肉燥麵和飯 Minced Meat Noodles, 蝦丸魚丸粉面 Shrimp/Meat Ball soup Noodles etc.
For noodles, one can have it with either 粗面 thick noodle, 幼面 thin noodle and 刀削麵 knife cut noodles. The rm$10.90 "台灣肉燥拌刀削麵 Taiwanese Braised Minced Chicken w/Knife cut noodle" comes with dry noodles, lots of 胡蘿蔔絲 shredded carrots, 黃瓜絲 cucumber, I think 甜蘿蔔絲 sweet turnip, 洋蔥碎 chopped onions, 煮雞蛋 boiled egg and 肉燥 braised minced chicken. Mixed well with the sauce at the bottom of the bowl, a hearty and tasty meal.
The rm$12.90 "台灣無骨雞扒(香辣口味) Taiwanese Spicy Boneless Chicken Chop" comes in 3 choices of 原味 original, 香辣口味 spicy or 麻辣口味 mala. Nice and spicy but definitely too salty for my liking!
The signature rm$11.90 "滿足招牌鍋貼 Manjoe Signature Dumpling" interestingly only comes with one chili sauce! Excellent that it wasn't too greasy at all, still crispy on one side of the dumpling with tasty ingredients inside. Perhaps worth sampling are their steamed or pan-fried dumplings with choice of 原味(高麗菜) original(cabbage), 韭菜 chives, 南瓜 pumpkin, 菠菜 spinach, 鮮蝦 shrimps, or even 辛辣泡菜 spicy kimchi, or 红油抄手 peppercorn chili oil. Definitely worth another visit to sample these other varieties of dumplings offered by either "滿足 Manjoe" at Mid-Valleys or USJ10.
